To internalize the keyboard intro from the Doors’ “Light My Fire“… by ear intellect, eye, and muscle… so that you can play it like you mean it!

Basic music reading skills… basic scale, chord, and chord progression theory… basic technique… the LOVE of music… and the discipline to study and practice.

Special Note from Frank: There’s nothing wrong with your ears. Because the original as released was not in concert pitch. But it begs the question: Why was it was not in concert pitch? Was it an unintentional recording or mixdown error caused by a change in tape speed? It might also have been an intentional lowering the pitch a bit to add some depth and darkness. Anyone out there have some insight to share?
