  2. Thanks a bunch for asking, Paula. Your interpretation applies as well, but I was thinking about INITIATIVE as all those things that require disciplined work… learning the craft so deeply that you can go beyond craft to the SURRENDER phase without “trying” to do anything. To use the language analogy… to study the grammar and vocabulary so deeply that you can express yourself in that language spontaneously as each situation presents itself. We are in pretty rarified air at this point! It’s great! Cheers!
